New HIKES & ACTIVITIES Schedule is out

August 31, 2011

We just finished our Hikes Schedule for September. The highlight of the month will be our Fall festival out at Oakwoods Metro Park, called the Huron River Circle. Native Flute & Drums in the nature Center, Voyager Canoe rides on the Huron river, Campfire Vittles along the river, and guided Nature Hikes in the morning. Do not miss this one!

A HEALTHY OUTDOORS FOR EVERYONE

Hiking Michigan has been based around showing the Outdoors and Trails to EVERYONE of every color, shape size & age. 17 years in existence, and over 7,450 members have now made HM the largest Hiking Organization in the entire state of Michigan. With the addition of the new Hiking North/Central Michigan group, covering most of the lower peninsula, we expect to keep growing in 2015. Join us on our Hikes and adventures in Southeastern Michigan Parks and nature areas year round. Come and check out the new growing N/C Group as we do more scheduled Hikes and Activities all around our beautiful state of Michigan.
