HIKIN’ the BOONIES 5/26/12
May 24, 2012Our good friends with Scout Troop 139 and Scout Master Jeff, will be leading a Hike on Saturday, 5/26/12, at 9am out at Ortonville Recreation area. The Hike is for Cancer and will be heading to the top of Pinnacle point, the highest place in the area.
Jeff and the Scouts know the Park very well, and everyone is meeting at Big Fish lake off of Hadley rd. This is some very hilly Hikin, so have some good boots with you, as well as some water and insect Repellent.
Bring your camera along. You will pass through a number of different ecosystems on your way to the top of Pinnacle point. Get ready for a very unique Hike!
